Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appellant has completed the entire sentence and has been released after completion of the sentence and as directed, he is not contesting the instant criminal appeal on its merit. Hence, the appeal may be dismissed as the appellant has served the entire sentence.

As submitted, the appellant has completed the entire sentence and released thereafter and the counsel for the appellant not is pressing the appeal on its merit. Also after perusal of the entire evidence, in the considered view of this Court, there is no illegality or infirmity in the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Court below against the appellant and the appeal filed by the appellant is liable to be dismissed. 5.
