The instant petition is for quashing of the criminal proceeding of the Complaint Case No. 508/2012 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Class-I, Katghora. The communication received from JMFC, Katghora on 08.01.2019 shows that in Complaint Case No. 508/2012, the judgment has been passed on 15.07.2014 wherein the accused has been acquitted.
