1. The instant is a repeat bail application.

2. First bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 27.06.2018 passed in MCRC No.3968/2018.

3. Counsel for the Applicant submits that vide order sheet dated 04.06.2020, statement of only one witness has been recorded.

4. Looking to the above, at this stage, counsel for the Applicant wants to withdraw the the instant application. However, he seeks liberty to revive the same if trial will not conclude.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
