1. This petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been preferred for further investigation.

2. It is stated at the Bar that the proceeding initiated under Section 498A of the IPC being Criminal Case No.237/2013 (State of Chhattisgarh v. Sushil and others) has already been adjudicated finally by the trial Magistrate on 11-4-2019.
