The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.86/2017, registered at Police Station Dabhra, District JanjgirChampa, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 (2 Times), 302/149 (2 Times), 307 or 307/149 of the IPC. 2.

The applicant along with 7 accused persons have committed murder of deceased Reshamlal Khunte and Mahettar Khunte by inflicting fatal blows by means of iron pipe. 3.

The bail application of Amar Prasad, S/o Brajmohan Khunte and Tikam Prasad, S/o Brajmohan Khunte has already been dismissed on 12.12.2017 in MCRC No.6500/2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and the material against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release him on bail. 5.
