1. Heard.

2. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.163/2017, registered at Police Station Kharsia, District Raigarh (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to surrender and move before the Sessions Court.

4. It is extremely unfortunate that the Police, Police Station:

MCRCA No.152 of 2021 Kharsia, District: Raigarh, (C.G.) has not been able to trace the applicant for last more than two years despite the applicant's anticipatory bail application having been dismissed as withdrawn on 11-10-2018 in MCRCA No.1105 of 2018.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application.

6. Permission granted.

7. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. Copy of this order be sent to Director General of Police (D.G.P.), Chhattisgarh and Superintendent of Police (S.P.), Raigarh (C.G.) for doing the needful.
