Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been selected as Technician (Pathology) on 05.10.2017

but till date he has not been relieved from the post of General Mazdoor Cateogory- I by respondent No. 5- SECL for which he has also made representation before the respondent No. 5 but it has not been considered and decided till date.

On the other hand, Mr. Vivek Chopda, learned counsel appearing for SECL would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and decided expeditiously. He further submits that since the departmental enquiry is going on against the petitioner, the representation is pending consideration.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has been selected on the post of Technician (Pathology) by SECL and he has made a representation before the SECL for relieving, the SECL is obliged to consider and dispose off the representation strictly in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
