The petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Upper Division Teacher on 16/06/1995 and prior to the appointment she has passed out the B.Ed. in the year 1994. It is contended that as per circular dated 27/09/2017 person who have passed out B.Ed., D.Ed. on their own expense before their appointment, they are entitled for two increment in the salary as per circular of the State dated 5/01/2011.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of two advance increments as per circulars prevailing in the State Government after verification of the facts pleaded by the petitioner, and in case if it is found that the petitioner is similarly placed, appropriate benefit be provided to her forthwith. Let this exercise be done

within a period of 90 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
