1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement (Annexure P-1) dated 25/07/2018. The petitioner contention is that he was working as Guest Lecturer with the respondent State Goverenment. The respondent State Government has meanwhile issued an advertisement for filling up the said post. The petitioner has also participated in the said advertisement. It has been informed by the petitioner that the petitioner has since been selected in the subsequent advertisement and has been appointed at Late Daulatram Sharma, Govt. P.G. College, Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara and the petitioner has also since assumed duties at the said place.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been selected in the subsequent recruitment process and has also been appointed at different college and he has also acted upon the appointment order 10/08/2018, this Court is of the opinion nothing further remain for adjudication in the present writ petition, the same stands disposed off.

3. Needless to mention since the place where the petitioner has been given appointment that is College Daulatram Sharma, Govt. P.G. College, District Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara, there is no litigation in respect of the post lying vacant in the said college, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps in view of the interim order passed in some case not connected with Late Daulatram Sharma, Govt,. P.G. College, Kasdol.
