1. Learned counsel for the appellants shall remove the default during the course of the day.

2. Heard on the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

3. On the due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Also heard on MCC No.17 of 2018.

5. This is an application for restoration of FA No.144 of 2005, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 4.10.2017.

6. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and FA No.144 of 2005 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week.
