Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been directed to work as In-charge Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Damapur but by the impugned order dated 13.12.2017, the In-charge Principal has been taken over from the petitioner and handed

over to the respondent No. 5, which is contrary to the circular issued by Government of Chhattisgarh on 27.12.2016.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent No. 1 - Secretary, School Education Department along with the copy of the circular dated 27.12.2016 and, in that event, respondent No. 1 shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of copy of representation along with copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
