Learned counsel for the appellant prays that as the appellant has completed the entire sentence and has been released after completion of the entire sentence, as directed, he is praying for disposal of the instant criminal appeal.

For the purpose of appreciation regarding the prayer made on behalf of the appellant, record of the Court below is perused. 3.
Also after perusal of the entire evidence, in the considered view of this Court,there is no illegality or infirmity in the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Court below against the appellant and the appeal filed by the appellant is liable to be dismissed.
