This Court has already passed an order in WP No. 2355 of 2003 on 28.08.2003 granting liberty in favour of the petitioner to file representation before the respondent authority and according to the petitioner the representation has already been filed before the respondent authority but till date no order has been passed by them for grant of compassionate appointment to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this second writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to cost(s).
