Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's
candidature for the post of Lecturer has been rejected by the respondent authorities mainly on the ground that she has passed her Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry from C.V. Raman University which is not recognized university, whereas the said University is duly recognized that fact has not been considered by the respondent authorities. The petitioner has also made representation before the concerned authority on 14.12.2017 but that has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent No. 7- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raigarh who shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make submissions along with her representation with regard to the respondent No. 7 that the degree granted by the C.V. Raman University is duly recognized by University Grant Commission.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
