1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.12.2020 passed in WPS 4769/2020.

2. According to the petitioner inadvertently due to clerical error, in paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order direction has been given to respondent no.4 whereas it should be the respondent no.2 as there was no respondent no.4 in the writ petition and same has occurred on account of clerical error.

3. The said request is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and order dated 10.12.2020

passed in WPS 4769/2020 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph 4 the directions be treated to have given to respondent no.2 instead of respondent no.4.

5. Let a copy of this order be made part of records of WPS 4769/2020.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
