A report dated 20.6.2016 has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, North Bastar, Kanker intimating the fact that the Appellant, Shyam Lal Kavado, has since expired on 12.5.2013. 2.

In spite of the fact that the Appellant has died in the year 2013 and more than 3 years have been passed, there is no representation on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant. 3.

This Court is of the view that the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant are not interested in prosecuting this appeal. 4.

Accordingly and in view of above, the appeal is dismissed as having become abated.
