Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file revision before the competent authority under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 within a period of two weeks from today. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the competent authority

under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision ) Rules, 1995. If such revision is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today, in that event competent authority shall consider and decide the revision in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of revision.
