Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has made representation before the Collector, Baloda Bazar on 13.11.2017 for grant of retiral benefits (Gratuity Pension, Leave Encashment, Provident Fund etc.) but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Baloda Bazar is directed to consider
and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order keeping in view the decision rendered by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 5256 of 2016 Shyam Dev v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others 1.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
