Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated upon by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions decided on 27.10.2018, the lead case of which is WPS No. 6147/2018 and other writ petitions.

2.

Learned State counsel points out that the petitioner herein has not completed the requisite length of service for getting the benefits sought for. 3.

Given the facts and taking the view by this Court in the aforesaid bunch of writ petitions decided on 27.10.2018, the present writ petition, for the reason that the petitioner has not completed the requisite length of service of 8 years for obtaining the benefits, stands dismissed. 4.
