(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired by respondents No.2 to 5 for construction of the road, but in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to the petitioners, against which they have made representation before respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date, hence this petition. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Collector, Surguja is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
