Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector, District- Raigarh for release of the amount along with the interest on 30.12.2016 but that has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same and release the amount forthwith.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for release of the amount expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
