1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.334/2019 registered in Police Station -Manendragarh, District- Koriya (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (n) IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. This is the second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 5.10.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has filed this repeat repeat bail application mainly on the ground that prosecutrix has been examined but yet the trial has not been concluded and the applicant is in jail since 12.1.2020.

-24. It is the case of the prosecution that the applicant kidnapped a minor girl and committing rape on her.

5. Though the prosecutrix has been examined, the evidence with regard to age has not been led so far. At the same time, the applicant has also remained in jail for about 1 and 1⁄2 years.

6. Considering the said situation, it would be appropriate to direct trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible.

7. Accordingly, the application, at this stage, is rejected with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible.
