1. This is the Third bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.314/2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District- Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The earlier bail application was decided on merits by detailed order on 28-08-2020 in MCRC No.4067 of 2020. There is no such change in the circumstances warranting taking a different view of the matter at this stage.
