Agrawal Order On Board 01/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that with reference to Annexure P/1, dated 31.12.2010, the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation to the respondentMunicipal Corporation, Bilaspur and respondent-Municipal Corporation may be directed to consider and decide the said representation expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the filing of such representation.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation in reference to Annexure P/1, dated 31.12.2010 before respondent-Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation. (4) Till the disposal of the representation, the interim relief granted by this Court shall remain in force.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
