Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representations before the respondent authorities on 29.12.2017 and 04.10.2017 respectively (Annexure- P/2) for release of payment of all the retiral dues of his father but it has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to release all the dues of the petitioner's father forthwith.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation with regard to the retiral benefits of his deceased father expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
