Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in a revision preferred by the petitioner, order has been passed by the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur on 201.10.2016 allowing the petitioner to join on the post of Panchayat Secretary but till date no joining is given to the petitioner by the respondent No. 4- Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Mungeli, therefore directions may be issued to the respondent No. 4 to give joining to the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 04- Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Mungeli is directed to consider and allow the petitioner to join on the post of Panchayat Secretary if there is no other legal bar in accepting his joining within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
