Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authority for appointment on the post of Anganwadi Sahayika which is pending consideration since 20.11.2017 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the representation and make further representation, if any within a period of 10 days from today which will be considered and decided by the Collector, Baloda Bazar expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
