1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been removed from service with superannuation benefits by order dated 07/11/2012 (Annexure P/19) passed by the Disciplinary Authority against which he preferred the statutory appeal but the Appellate Authority did not consider the case of the petitioner and dismissed the appeal by order impugned dated 07/03/2013 (Annexure P/1). He further submits that petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition, however, respondents be directed to pay superannuation benefits to the petitioner as per order dated 07/11/2012 (Annexure P/19)of the Disciplinary Authority.

2. Be that as it may, the aforesaid statement is taken on record and respondents are directed to pay superannuation benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost(s).
