Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Hostel Superintendent at Government Girls Hostel, Kunkuri, District Jashpur, but till this date the charge of said post has not been given to her for which she has already made representation before respondent No.3, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date, hence this petition.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
