Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from service on 29.02.2017 but till date the pensionary benefits and other retiral benefits has not been paid to him for which he has also made representation before the respondent No. 2 on 04.09.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make further representation and file additional documents, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
