Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is senior to respondent No. 4 but the charge of Sub Divisional Officer (R.E.S.) has been given to the respondent No. 4 for which the petitioner has also made representation before respondent No. 2 on 26.12.2017 but it has not been decided till date, feeling aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation
before the respondent No. 2 - Executive Engineer, Bemetara in light of the circular issued by the State Government on 27.03.2008 within two weeks from today and in that event, the respondent No. 2 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously within further two weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to make further representation before the respondent authority, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
