2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.25/2020, registered at Police Station Salhewara, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The earlier bail application was decided on merits by detailed order on 29-09-2020. There is no such change in the

circumstances warranting taking a different view of the matter at this stage.
