1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been granted promotion w.e.f. 29.012.2006 as stated by the State in its additional documents, therefore, petitioner may be allowed to make representation for claiming monitory benefit w.e.f. 29.12.2006.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent / Competent Authority highlighting his grievance that will considered in accordance with and decided by reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction / observation the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
