At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed by the petitioner to consider her case sympathetically and the University may be directed to decide the same accordingly.

Perused the application dated 05.12.2018 which has been filed by the petitioner.

Taking into facts situation of the case, without any observation on merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 3 weeks after affording due opportunity of hearing to to the petitioner.

With the above observation, this petition stands finally disposed of.
