It is the case of the Petitioner that his candidature for appointment as Serial No. 1 in the wait list was not considered despite termination of four candidates from the select list.

Once a candidate is appointed, vacancy exhausts. The termination creates a fresh vacancy and does not revive the exhausted vacancy. 4.
The writ petition is dismissed.
