1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is that though the land belonging to the petitioner has been acquired by the respondents and the compensation has also been quantified as is evident from Annexure P-4 dated 28.07.2017, wherein the name of the petitioner is also reflected but till date the petitioner has not been released of the said amount.
-22. The petitioner only wants appropriate a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to ensure that the amount, which is lying in the name of the petitioner be released at the earliest.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is disposing off the writ petition directing the Respondent No. 3 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner, so far as grant of compensation under the land acquisition award is concerned, after due verification of the fact. If the amount already stands deposited in the name of the petitioner, the same be released at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
