The original challenge in the present writ petition was the order of recovery made against the petitioner for an amount of Rs. 30,629/-. 2.

The present writ petition was filed as early as on 4.8.2011. Pending the petition, the respondents have come up with a stand vide Annexure R-1/1 file along with their reply, intimating that the amount recovered from the petitioner has since been refunded back vide order dated 25.10.2013. 3.

In the light of the fact that the amount recovered from the petitioner stands refunded back, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
