1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction for release of the GPF amount as well as pension.
2. The respondents subsequent to the filing of the writ petition have come up with documents whereby it reflects that petitioner has been paid the retiral dues and PPO also has been issued for the release of pension to the petitioner vide Annexure R/1 filed along with the reply.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that since the grievance of the petitioner stands completely redressed; nothing further remains to be adjudicated.
4. The present writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
5. However, still in case if there is any further unpaid dues payable to the petitioner, she would be at liberty to move an appropriate representation before the competent authority, who would ensure that the representation is decided on merits.
