Agrawal Order On Board 18/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working on the post of Multipurpose Rehabilitation Assistant, Bilaspur, they are entitled for grant of benefit of revised pay scale as per circulars issued by the State Government, filed as Annexure P/3, Annexure P/4 & Annexure P/5, but the same is not being given to them against which they have made representation before respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the representation expeditiously.
(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners and submit that the petitioners are not entitled for grant of benefit of revised pay scale.
(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
(4) Be that as it may, the petitioners are directed to make fresh representation to the respondent No.1 for redressal of their grievance within a period of four weeks from today supported by circulars Annexure P/3, Annexure P/4 & Annexure P/5. If such representations are filed by the petitioners before respondent No.1, in that event respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law after hearing the petitioners expeditiously within a further period of ten weeks from the date of filing of representation.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
