Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in this petition was in respect of the election of 2013 with respect to the constitution of the managing committee. It is submitted that with the efflux of time, fresh election have taken place and reshuffle of the managing committee had happened, virtually which has come to an end. He submits that now fresh election are due in the month of August, 2019, therefore fair and impartial election be conducted as the issue is no longer alive which

has been raised in this petition.

Considering the fact that selection of the managing committee which was of the year 2013 was challenged, with the efflux of time as the managing committee has completed its tenure, the issue has come to an end. Since it has been stated at the bar that fresh election are due in the month of August, 2019, it is directed that fair and impartial election may be conducted and if the parties are aggrieved, they shall have recourse as available to them under the law. It is further made clear that earlier order dated 9/05/2014 since have lost its efficacy shall not have any effect in the ensuing election.
