1. The counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition at this juncture may be disposed of directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of gratuity and GPF amount lying to her credit.

2. Given the limited grievance, in addition to the representation if any made by the petitioner, the petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondents No.1 to 4 and the respondents No. 1 to 4 in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules,

Regulations and statutory provisions governing the field at the earliest within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 1 to 4, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
