1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 20.01.2012 where by the petitioner has been sent on deputation from Janpad Panchayat, Gurur, District Balod to Janpad Panchayat, Sahaspur Lohara, District Kabirdham.
2. The writ petition was filed in the month of February, 2012 and the petitioner was also granted an interim protection on 08.02.2012, since then the petitioner is continuing at the same place of posting.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that by efflux of time the gravity of the impugned order has lost its efficacy and therefore the writ Court does not intend to keep the petition pending any further.
4. Restraining the respondents from executing the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned any further and with the liberty to the State Government to issue appropriate fresh orders in case
administrative exigency so requires, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
