Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondents, particularly respondent No. 4 has not paid retiral dues to the petitioner for which he may be allowed to make representation and respondent No. 4 may be directed to consider his representation and grant retiral dues to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that if petitioner makes a representation for grant of retiral dues, it will be considered in accordance with law.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to respondent No. 4 for grant of retiral dues and in that event, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If need arises, the officers of Chhattisgarh Housing Board will sit together with the officers of appropriate rank of MP Housing Board and resolve the issue within a period of ten

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).

A copy of this order be sent to the M.P. Housing Board as well as Chhattisgarh Housing Board for needful and compliance by e-mail/fax.
