We find that appellant - Sukhsai Ram has already filed an appeal registered as Criminal Appeal No.1555 of 2018. It appears that this fact was not brought to the notice of the Legal Aid Authority with the result that a subsequent appeal under registration Criminal Appeal No.108 of 2019 has also been filed through Legal Aid. In view of the above, subsequent appeal (Criminal Appeal No.108 of 2019) is disposed off as there cannot be two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence. Criminal Appeal No.1555 of 2018 is ripe for hearing and it be listed for final hearing.
