1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the claim made by the petitioner for revised pay fixation, career advanced scheme and incentive etc. have not been paid to him w.e.f. 01.01.1996.

2. The petitioner has made a request through the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation that he has made in this regard vide Ex. P/4 , to which the counsel for the state has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent No.1 shall, if the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/4) or any other representation has not been

decided till date, the same shall be decided forthwith at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In addition to the representation (Annexure P/4), the petitioner would also be at liberty to make a fresh representation if he so choses within a period of 15 days from today.
