1. Mr. B.D. Guru, learned counsel for

respondents, submits that the original petitioner has called in question the charge-sheet dated 08.07.2010 and the disciplinary proceedings conducted against him and during the pendency of the petition the original petitioner has died, whereas, by order dated 26.07.2021 disciplinary proceedings has been closed, as such, no cause of action survives for consideration.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant writ petition stands disposed off. However, petitioner is at liberty to make representation for retiral dues before the respondent-authority which will be considered and decided by the respondentauthority within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation in accordance with law.
