Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is claiming an amount of Rs.4,80,096/- along with interest on it @ 18% per annum on account of the services rendered towards repairing of the vehicles owned by the State Government and used by respondents No. 3 & 4/police department, which has not been paid till date 2.

Per contra, counsel for respondents/State has taken objection that this dispute cannot be determined in this writ petition.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Since the writ petition involves disputed question of fact, that cannot be adjudicated in this proceeding. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer representation before the respondent No. 3/ Superintendent of Police for redressal of his grievances, which will be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after noticing the petitioner. 5.
