1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not issuing the appropriate certificate required for the registration of the sale deed of the property belonging to the petitioner.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had moved an application before the concerned Tahsildar for issuance of the 22 point information with which the sale deed could be executed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends
-2to sell his self-owned land situated at Khasra No. 58/4 measuring 0.291 hectare at village Aiktal under Police Station and Tehsil Pusaur, District: Raigarh.
3. At this juncture, the State Counsel submits that recently the State Government has done away with the issuance of providing 22 point information and that the only necessity henceforth would be the Nazri Naksha showing the four boundary of the said property owned by the petitioner.

Given the said submissions by the counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet, if the Respondent No. 3 and 4 are directed to take appropriate steps in doing the needful. Accordingly, the Respondent No. 3 and 4 shall issue necessary certificates after clearly identifying the property belonging to the petitioner, which he intends to sell. The Respondent No. 3 and 4 are directed to take appropriate steps at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
