Though the substantive jurisdiction to decide the claim of the petitioner falls before the Central Administrative Tribunal, but the counsel for the petitioner at this juncture makes a limited prayer that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the representation which the petitioner has made at the earliest.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court simply disposes off the Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.

It is made clear that if the grievance still is not redressed, the petitioner may approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for ventilating his grievance.
