1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Criminal Case No.8699/2019, registered by the J.M.F.C, Durg,

MCRCA No. 114 of 2020 C.G. for offences under Sections 365, 294, 506B, 323 of the I.P.C.

2. It is alleged that applicant No.1 is the brother-in-law (Jija) of the complainant - Krishna Kumar Soni, respondent No.2 herein. The applicants have allegedly abducted the complainant and while abusing him filthily looted Rs. 60-70 from his pocket.

3. On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the bail application.

4. Considering the fact that the present is a private complainant and the offences are triable by JMFC and as also for the reason that the parties are close relatives, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:- (i) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
